Selection Process: Which steps will you have to go through?
Selection in AWES Recruitment 2025 is done in three stages – Online Screening Test (OST), Interview and Teaching Skills Test. OST will be held on 20th and 21st September 2025 and will have multiple-choice questions.
This test tests your general knowledge, understanding of teaching and knowledge of the subject you have applied for. The test consists of 200 questions and 1/4th mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
